I have a very special dish that helps after a quarrel. Of course, my grandmother came up with it when I was tiny, and I had a real character; everyone often offended me. Then my grandmother said that we urgently need to call the yozhiki "so that they take away all of Dashunechka's grievances." And she made meat hedgehogs in tomato sauce. I didn't even guess then that my grandmother's yozhiki were similar to Italian polpetti. But, in Italy, children also often get offended, and their grandmothers have a recipe for this case. Now, I have two grown kids, and when something goes wrong with us, I make yozhiki, which works, especially with mashed potatoes!
