I want to share the recipe for the pancakes that my dad cooked every Sunday when I was a child so that the whole family could have breakfast together. The older we, the children, became, the more difficult it was to organize joint activities for the entire family, even though we usually ate at different times because the schedules did not coincide. But Sunday pancakes were a must-have that brought back a feeling of calm and family stability. My favorite is pancakes with sour cream and jam. Our family tradition is to eat them served like that. Recently, it was the anniversary of my dad’s passing; I miss him very much, so now I often make these pancakes to the delight of my neighbors :)
