Ingredients

  • sweet, ripe tomato - 1 pc (large)
  • mozzarella - 1 pack
  • pesto - 1 tbsp
  • fresh basil - bunch
  • balsamic cream - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp

Cooking method

Cut the tomatoes into circle slices and the mozzarella in half if small or also into slices if large.

Use balsamic to draw a net or any other pattern on a large flat plate.

Line a plate with basil leaves. Lay out as a canape, layer by layer: a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, a drop of olive oil, and a teaspoon of pesto on the top.
