Berry mousse

Ingredients

  • fresh berries (strawberries, red currants, blueberries) - 1 cup
  • white of a large egg (very fresh and very cold) - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 0,5 cup
  • for decoration: mint, cookies, nuts, etc.

Cooking method

Finely chop large berries. Small ones (any blueberry or currant is a small berry) do not need to be cut, just remove the stems.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat to soft peaks with a regular mixer (or 5 minutes in a planetary mixer).

Place the whipped mousse in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Serve garnished with mint leaves, pieces of cookies, and ground nuts to taste.
