ground cardamom, cinnamon, allspice — a pinch each
mini marshmallows — to taste
Cooking method
Heat the milk until it reaches a boil. In the cup you’ll be drinking from, place the piece of chocolate and add the spices. Pour in the hot milk and start whisking vigorously with a small whisk (a fork will do in a pinch).
Stir until smooth. If you have mini marshmallows, place them on top of the chocolate, sprinkle a bit more cinnamon, and serve.
