Ingredients

  • waxy potatoes - 1 kg
  • salt
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • soft (mild) vinegar - 100 ml
  • vegetable oil - 6 tbsp
  • medium-spicy mustard - 1 tbsp
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • green onions (with bulbs) - 1 bunch

Cooking method

Wash the potatoes and boil them in the jacket in salted water (depending on the size of the potatoes, cook for 25-35 minutes). Drain the water and let the potatoes dry. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, and rub a salad bowl with these halves.

Peel the potatoes (still warm) and cut them into the salad bowl. Add vinegar and mustard, plenty of oil, salt and pepper, and a large pinch of sugar. Mix carefully.

Wash the green onions, peel the heads, and cut them into small pieces along with the greens. Mix onions into potatoes. Let sit for a while.
