Chicken thigh with apples

Ingredients

  • boneless chicken thighs - 4 pcs
  • apples - 2 pcs
  • Provencal herbs - 1 tsp
  • white wine - 100 ml
  • salt, pepper, vegetable oil

Cooking method

Cut the chicken and apples into pieces approximately the size of a walnut. Place the chicken in a preheated frying pan and quickly fry in oil. Add apples, salt, pepper, and white wine to the pan. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
