gelatin (leaf) - 2 leaves (if keeping kosher, mind you use the type of kosher gelatin that can be mixed with milk)
garnish: caramel syrup or fresh berries
Cooking method
Prepare gelatin. To do this, place gelatin leaves in water to swell. Pour the cream into a saucepan. Open the vanilla pod, remove the contents, and place it in the cream along with the pod.
Add sugar and put on heat. Bring the cream to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.
Place gelatin in the saucepan with the cream and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Place the cream mixture in 4-6 small moulds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
