Faux cabbage pie from Svetlana

Ingredients

  • ready-made puff pastry — 1 pack (600 g)
  • Napa cabbage — 1/2 large head
  • large leek — 1/2
  • eggs — 5 pcs
  • kefir / yogurt / sour cream — about 400 g
  • cheese (any kind, to taste) — 150–200 g
  • baking soda — 1/3 tsp
  • salt — to taste
  • flour (for the filling) — 3 tbsp
  • flour for rolling out the dough
  • fried or dried onion — to taste

Cooking method

Slice the leek into very thin rings and separate them into a fluffy pile. Finely shred the napa cabbage. Fry the onion (to taste); you can also add mushrooms and sauté them together with the onion. Mix all the ingredients, assemble the pie, and bake until the pastry is golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
